Acceptance of terms
By using pahrumplocksmith.com, calling the displayed number, or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms of Use and Service Requests (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a request.
Dispatch-service role
Pahrump Locksmith operates a dispatch and referral service. We may receive information, evaluate general availability, and connect you with an independent locksmith service provider. We do not represent that every provider is our employee, agent, franchisee, or partner. The responding provider controls whether to accept a request and is responsible for confirming credentials, availability, arrival expectations, scope, estimates, pricing, payment, warranties, work, safety, and compliance applicable to that provider.
No online booking or guaranteed service
The form is a request for contact. It does not create an appointment, reserve a time, guarantee a response, assign a technician, establish an arrival deadline, or require a provider to accept the work. Website status labels indicate whether dispatch is accepting requests for review and do not prove that a provider is immediately available.
Your authorization and accurate information
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you own or are lawfully authorized to access the property, vehicle, safe, room, gate, business, account, or secured item involved. You agree to provide reasonable identification and ownership or authorization evidence requested by a provider. Do not request unlawful entry, surveillance, credential creation, bypass, or access.
You are responsible for safe and lawful access to the service location, including gates, roads, animals, hazards, parking, permissions, and restrictions. Do not direct a provider into unsafe, closed, trespassed, or prohibited areas.
Provider estimates and payment
Any price discussed by dispatch before a provider evaluates the request is informational and not a binding final price unless the responding provider expressly confirms otherwise. The provider determines charges based on service call, travel, time, labor, parts, programming, hardware, taxes, fees, actual conditions, and agreed work.
Before work begins, ask the provider to identify the proposed method, estimate, included items, potential changes, payment method, and warranty. You decide whether to authorize the provider’s work and are responsible for amounts you agree to pay the provider.
Credentials and independent providers
Licensing, registration, insurance, bonding, training, manufacturer authorization, and other credential requirements vary by jurisdiction and service. The website does not guarantee any provider credential. Request and independently verify credentials important to you before authorizing work.
Emergency limitations
The website and dispatch service are not police, fire, medical, rescue, roadside safety, or emergency-response services. Call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety, including a child, vulnerable person, or animal in dangerous conditions; fire; injury; crime in progress; or a hazardous roadside situation.
Telephone and text consent
If you submit a telephone number and check the consent box, you authorize Pahrump Locksmith and participating providers to call or text you about the specific request, including through ordinary automated routing or messaging tools where lawful. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You must provide a number you are authorized to use.
Website information
Service descriptions are general educational information. Actual methods, compatibility, product availability, codes, manufacturer procedures, and site conditions vary. Do not rely on the website as a substitute for an on-site evaluation, manufacturer instructions, legal advice, code review, or emergency guidance.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, submit false requests, impersonate another person, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape personal information, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or use the service to facilitate unlawful access or harm.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and dispatch service are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, provider availability, timing, results, pricing, credentials, and workmanship. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pahrump Locksmith and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, delayed or unavailable service, provider acts or omissions, property damage, lost profits, lost data, or third-party services. Any direct liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to Pahrump Locksmith for the dispatch service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Pahrump Locksmith and its operators from claims arising from materially false information, lack of authorization, unlawful use, unsafe site directions, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent allowed by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nevada will be the venue for disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through written notice.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
