Pahrump Locksmith (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a dispatch service that receives customer requests and may connect customers with independent locksmith service providers. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect through pahrumplocksmith.com, why we use it, and when it may be shared.
Information you provide
When you submit a service request, we may collect your name, telephone number, optional email address, service location, service category, urgency, vehicle information, description of the issue, confirmation of authorization, communication consent, and the page from which the request was submitted.
Do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, alarm codes, safe combinations, health information, or copies of identification through the website form.
Information collected automatically
The hosting environment may process standard technical information such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, error data, and security events. If analytics is enabled in the public site configuration, the site may also use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. The analytics provider may set or read cookies and process data under its own terms.
How information is used
We may use information to:
- Receive, review, route, and respond to service requests;
- Contact you by telephone, text message, or email about the request;
- Identify a potentially available provider and share the details needed to evaluate or fulfill the request;

Sharing with service providers
Pahrump Locksmith is a dispatch service. Request information may be shared with one or more independent service providers so they can evaluate availability, contact you, estimate the work, travel to the location, or perform the requested service. Those providers operate independently and may have their own privacy practices.
Information may also be processed by hosting, email, analytics, security, communications, or technical vendors used to operate the website and receive requests. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business restructuring.
Telephone and text communications
When you provide a telephone number and consent through the form, you authorize Pahrump Locksmith and participating service providers to call or text you about that service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask a caller or texter to stop, but doing so may prevent completion of the request.
Data retention
The website form is designed to send requests by email rather than create a public-facing customer database. Copies may remain in email systems, security logs, backups, provider records, and ordinary business records for as long as reasonably needed for service, compliance, dispute, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access or misuse. No Internet transmission, email system, or storage method is completely secure. Use the form only for the minimum information needed to start the request.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form and can contact dispatch by telephone instead. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information maintained by us, subject to identity verification, provider control, legal exceptions, and retention obligations. Contact us using the email below.

The website is intended for adults requesting services. It is not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information.
External providers and links
We are not responsible for independent providers’ websites, systems, policies, or data handling. Review information provided by the responding provider before sharing additional sensitive information.

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
